Annual Contributions to Community Groups that Provide Direct Crime Prevention Services

The service delivery philosophy of the City of Armadale has been to provide strategic linkages, financial support (if appropriate) and facilitate community groups to address local community issues/needs as opposed to being a direct provider of social and human services. As such, in 2008/2009 the City of Armadale provided over $75,000 to community groups that provided direct crime prevention services.

Community groups can apply to the community grants process twice a year for up to $1,000.
